Welcome to the SODIC Clubs Mobile App. By registering for, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 years old to register and use the SODIC Clubs Mobile App or transact through the App. By registering, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

 

2. Account Registration and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities performed through their account. Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information and must notify SODIC Clubs of any unauthorized access or use of their account.
SODIC Clubs reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account where there is a violation of these Terms & Conditions or misuse of the App.

 

3. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds are not automatically applicable and may only be requested under specific conditions in accordance with the applicable SODIC Clubs refund and cancellation rules.
Where a member believes that they are eligible for a refund, a refund request must be submitted through the applicable process.
Each refund request will be reviewed by the Gym Administrator, and any refund will be subject to the Gym Administrator's approval.
A refund will only be processed after the request has been approved. Where a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment service provider's processing procedures.
In the event of a transaction or payment error, any applicable refund will, in most cases, be issued to the same payment method used for the original transaction.

 

4. Memberships and Subscriptions
The App may allow users to view, purchase, renew, or manage memberships, subscriptions, classes, and other services offered by SODIC Clubs.
Applicable membership, subscription, class, and service fees will be displayed in the App before the user confirms the transaction. By completing a transaction, the user agrees to pay the applicable amount displayed at the time of purchase.
Memberships and subscriptions are subject to the applicable SODIC Clubs rules, terms, validity periods, and conditions.

5. Payments
Payments made through the App are processed through the applicable payment service provider using a secured connection.
SODIC Clubs does not store users' complete credit or debit card details where such information is processed directly by the payment service provider.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and valid.
Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings appearing on the cardholder's statement.
The cardholder should retain a copy of the transaction record for their reference.

 

6. Use of the App
Users agree to use the App only for legitimate purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Users must not:
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its systems, or another user's account.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App.
- Use the App in a manner that may damage SODIC Clubs or its members.
SODIC Clubs reserves the right to take appropriate action against any user who violates these requirements.

7. Availability of Services
SODIC Clubs will make reasonable efforts to keep the App and its services available. However, SODIC Clubs does not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.
SODIC Clubs may temporarily suspend or modify the App or any of its services for maintenance, upgrades, security, or other operational reasons.

 

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The App and its content are provided for the purpose of enabling users to access and manage SODIC Clubs services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SODIC Clubs shall not be liable for losses or damages resulting from misuse of the App, unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to protect their account credentials, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond SODIC Clubs' reasonable control.

 

9. Intellectual Property
All content available through the App, including but not limited to logos, trademarks, designs, images, text, graphics, software, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to SODIC Clubs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or commercially use any App content without prior written authorization from SODIC Clubs.

 

10. Changes to the Terms & Conditions
SODIC Clubs may update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in its services, business requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.
Any modifications will become effective when posted on the App. Users are encouraged to review the Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of any updates.

 

11. Governing Law
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the App or these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Egypt.
